Rajat was our branch opener. So, teachers had a very good impression
about him. Once Prof. M.C. Chakraborty needed some work to be done.
As he tried to find someone who would help him, all our classmates
were trying to evade him. Finally he caught hold of Rajat -- and being
a "good boy" he agreed to it. Later, we found out that he seemed to have
no intention of completing the task. On asking him, he assured us that
he also wasn't interested in doing it. We then asked him, why did he agree
in the first place. And, came the reply from our man of few words:
"Soujanna muulak" -- from then on he always carried that name on his back.
