wavelet transform on stereo images. Extracted camera parameters from the
lowest resolution image and utilized it to reconstruct the 3-D image.

Responsible
for implementing foveated H.263 video encoder on TI TMS320C6000 processor
and to optimize it for speed and performance.
Also, compare performance of the H.263 video encoder on the VLIW and the
