EE345S Real-Time Digital Signal Processing Laboratory - Modem Demo

Download Version 1.0 Beta 2 (August 28, 2003) of a 2400 baud voiceband transmitter in LabVIEW 7.0 by Zukang Shen. The transmitter demonstration is the TX.vi block diagram (virtual instrument).

In the laboratory component, students design, implement, and test transceiver subsystems for data transmissions for 2400 baud modem on a TMS320C6000 digital signal processing board from Texas Instruments.

This directory contains a LabVIEW demonstration of a V.22bis voiceband transceiver using standard LabVIEW building blocks (virtual instruments). The demonstration offers interactive control of several of the transceiver parameters, including

• baud rate
• raised cosine rolloff for pulse shaping
• amount of channel noise
